Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or discounted items
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or custom items
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at noyaclothing@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the payment.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Your Statutory Rights
As a UK-based retailer, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a full refund.
